AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HAMPTON
TOWNSHIP ZONING ORDINANCE REGARDING FEES

The Town Board of Hampton Township adopted the Ordinance No. 2017-1 and 2017-2 to amend various provisions of its zoning ordinance regarding fees.  The purpose of the amendments is to remove specific fee amounts from the zoning ordinance and to place them into a separate fee schedule.  The Town Board also acted to adopt an updated fee schedule.  Both the zoning ordinance amendment and the new fee schedule are effective immediately.  A copy of the full ordinance and the fee schedule are available at the Town Hall, the Dakota County Public Library, and can be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.
