HAMPTON TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING The Town Board has called a special town meeting to be held on June 20, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Hampton Town Hall, 23250 Main St, Hampton, MN 55031. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and seek authorization from the electors under Minnesota Statutes, section 365.10, subdivision 6 to build a new town hall on property the Town already owns, to authorize the amount of money to be raised for that purpose, and to authorize the new site for the town hall. HAMPTON TOWNSHIP AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HAMPTON TOWNSHIP The Town Board of Hampton Township adopted Ordinance No. 2023-01 to make various amendments to its zoning ordinance. The amendments include adding the definitions of Township Facility and Temporary Construction Facility, adding Township Facility as a Permitted Use, and adding Temporary Construction Facility as an Interim Use. A copy of the full ordinance is available on the Town’s website, at the Dakota County Public Library, and can be obtained by contacting the Town Clerk.
